Every great bonbon starts with a tempered chocolate shell. Tempering isn’t just a fancy chef trick, it gives chocolate that beautiful shine and satisfying snap. At Sweets n Beyond, we temper our chocolate using premium, single origin chocolate.

Each shell must be:

  • Thin, but strong enough to hold the filling

  • Glossy — no streaks or dull spots

  • Crisp when you bite, but not too thick

We pour, rotate, chill and polish every mould by hand. Why? Because when it comes to bonbons, perfection starts with the shell.

Inside the shell, the magic happens. Bonbon fillings can range from silky ganache and caramel to nut butters, fruit purées and crunchy pralines. We’re proud to explore global flavours in our bonbons. Always homemade and always thoughtfully balanced.
